Fukumoto's activities during WWII align with those of a high-ranking military strategist and fierce combatant. Post-war, he vanished until resurfacing as the head of the now globally influential Fukumoto Zaibatsu. His economic activities often border on, or directly involve, illicit dealings, though proof remains elusive.
