With the sword Excalibur, the subject wields incredible power. This artifact augments his physical strength, speed, and reflexes beyond Avalonian norms and grants him control over various magical properties, such as energy projection, elemental control, and spell disruption.

This magical armor provides Arthur near-complete invulnerability. Its reflective surface can deflect magical attacks, and its innate enchantments rapidly heal any injury sustained. During the Hive Invasion, the subject visibly sustained no injuries.

As an Avalonian, the DMC can only assume, using Bedivere as a baseline, that Arthur possesses superhuman strength with the capacity to lift up to 200 tons. However, Bedivere reports that Excalibur causes Arthur to be stronger than any Avalonian. The DMC hasn't yet confirmed the physical augmentation, but Bedivere's information is considered to be trusted and the DMC estimates Arthur can lift up to 400 tons when augmented by Excalbur.

As an Avalonian, the DMC can only assume with the Bedivere benchmark that the subject possesses enough superhuman durability that he can shrug off most ballistic weaponry and tankfire. However, the armor Arthur wears is confirmed to be magically enchanted, able to deflect energy blasts from Hive weapons, as well as heal Arthur himself. Without the armor, the DMC believes Arthur would be far more vulnerable however, judging by Bedivere's performance during the Diver Incident of '23.

King Arthur Pendragon, due to his unique historical, interdimensional, and monarchical status, is not bound by the Metahuman Registration Act of 1984. The DMC regards him as a sovereign entity, with all diplomatic immunities and privileges accorded to heads of state.
